Final page of order checkout: On the final checkout page, you will need to click on the displayed payment processor which in most cases PayPal to complete the payment. Successful Completion of Payment: Upon successfully completion of your order, you should receive two emails: one from us about your order and another from the payment processor after a payment is successfully completed. Therefore, we do not view or store your payment information on our secured system.PayPal Payment Processor: Is a payment processor that accepts, most major and international credit cards, debit cards and bank transactions. Customers are not required to be a member of PayPal. Please, be patient with their verification requirement which in limited cases and for certain International customers may be slightly delayed. From our experience we found that PayPal payment system would accept about everyone regardless of their country of origin. If your payment will be delayed, you are requested to email us. If you already have an account with PayPal, you can login for faster checkout or if you forgot your password with them, it is easily retrieved.Other payment methods: We also have other payment processor that we deal with, but their verification requirements maybe stricter to customers in certain countries. If another method of payment is required, please contact us.Bank Wire: Any customers can send us a bank wire. All affiliates and dealers are required to pay by a bank wire. All customers requiring to pay by a Bank wire is encouraged to order online and select the payment method by Bank Wire. Then please, email us after the order is complete for further instruction. Except for affiliates and dealers, customers paying by a Bank wire are offered a 1.5% discount to help offset their bank processing fee. Mailing of a Payment: You can mail a bank issued and signed check to one of our location. For such a method, please, email us first. Note, this is the slowest and least preferred method since PayPal and our online payment methods would accept such a payment electronically without mailing any payment.Payment Related Assistance: We respond to our emails and in most cases faster and cheaper than calling us. Please, email us with any payment issue or difficulty. We can email you an invoice with a link to the payment option. Furthermore, our Payment processors such as PayPal may limit the amount of your payment transaction. In such a case, please email us to send you two smaller invoices.Trouble with the order or payment: We are glad to help you with any related transaction or ordering issues. We can combine orders or change any orders before it is shipped. Trouble with the use of the ordering form at any step: Please, email us with your issues. We will assist you as quick as possible. Cancellation of a payment, ordered product or an entire order: We are here to assist you. Please, contact us as soon as possible. We offer a full refund of home use orders before shipped. Once an order is shipped, then cancellation is only if refused to be accepted on delivery and the buyer must pay all actual shipping cost even if we offered the products at free shipping.
